You can activate your account by clicking the ‘confirm account’ link sent to your email address when you sign up.
You can update your shipping address by logging in to your account and clicking ‘Profile’. There you can follow the link to update your addresses.
As a valued customer, every time you make a purchase, your account is credited with points to use against your next purchase. For example, 200 points will give you a £2.00 discount on your next order.
Some popular products are subject to a limit so other customers can enjoy them. Our cleansers and trial products are usually subject to a limit of one per household per month.
To track your order please go to the courier’s website and enter your tracking number.
You don’t have to cancel an order that hasn’t been paid for. Simply exit the website if you are not yet ready to pay.
Your order may take up to 8 days to arrive from the time of dispatch. Next day delivery takes one day. Please note next day delivery does not include Saturdays and bank holidays.
We ship your orders using Royal Mail, DHL or UPS
We accept payment by credit or debit card. We currently don’t offer Paypal as a payment method.
Payment must be made for us to process your order.
You can get free samples if your order is £50 or more. We will pick the most relevant samples according to the contents of your order.

The best thing to do if our website refuses your payment is to contact your card provider. They will be able to tell you whether there’s an issue with your card. If your card is fine and you are still having issues, please contact us so we can investigate.
